Zoho provides a suite of applications to manage your Marketing needs. To enhance these tools, SOS Consulting have created the ‘Marketing Matrix’. The Marketing Matrix manages your marketing lists, automatically adding and removing Leads and Accounts based on qualifying logic. The logic uses Custom Functions linked to Workflows. This enables you to view your Marketing Group and immediately see the number of allocated Leads, Contacts, Accounts, plus the unique number of marketing opportunities (removing duplicate contacts on the same account). There is no limit to the number of marketing groups you can create and marketing groups can reflect sales opportunities, communication topics or custom Lead and Client grouping for any other purpose.
