Step 6 - Site Reports and Compliance Management
For Projects that have Compliance Requirements such as Inspections, Checklists, Permits and Reports, the Zoho Creator App is a perfect solution to create and build customised reports for your team to complete. SOS Consulting have developed an API between Creator and CRM to refine this process and ensure your CRM Project can Track and Manage your Compliance Needs. The integration will allow your staff to select their project from Creator to prepopulate all the relevant fields, such as the Site Address, the Resource and their Job Title. Once the form is complete, it will integrate back to a custom ‘Site Report’ module in CRM with a PDF of the Site Report and selected integrated fields. The compliance status of your completed site report will trigger any internal alerts, to ensure the necessary person follows through and actions related tasks. If inspections are completed on Assets in your business, such as vehicles, plant and equipment the information captured during the inspection can be sync’d back to CRM for compliance and servicing needs. Data is integrated between CRM and Creator to help you manage the compliance and servicing needs of the Assets.
