Manage Group Enquiries

Zoho limits the number of look up fields in each module. This means you cannot link multiple Contacts and Leads to the same new business Enquiry. Our Manage Group widget provides a solution to the problem by creating a 'Group'. A Group can have unlimited Accounts, Contacts and Leads linked. You can associate a Group to multiple Enquiries, giving you the tool you need to manage complex relationships with businesses and individuals.

Find and Add

Duplicate records are challenging, most businesses and software applications face this issue. At SOS Consulting we are passionate about never duplicating data, so we built an exclusive Zoho solution called 'Find and Add Search'. Using information from new enquires generated via the phone, email or internet the Find and Add search automatically links existing records or creates new Leads, Accounts and Contacts. ENQUIRY TRACKER MANAGEMENT

Our exclusive Tracker management process is now available from the Enquiry module to support sales processes, such as preliminary questionnaires, scopes, specifications and assessment forms. Using Zoho Forms you can capture questions, checklists and images. Once completed the form can sync back to CRM and with our exclusive functions, automatically link the tracker to the relevant Enquiry and / or Job.

MANAGING VARIATION ADD ONS

Our exclusive Variation Management for adding new goods or services sold can be used to either update an existing order, or to create a new order. This solution makes creating variations quick and easy, so no sales opportunity is ever lost, missed or forgotten.
